I received a letter from the compliance team and sent off all the relevant details they aked me for, do they stop my payments in the meantime?? Or do my payments continue as normal and if theres any error and an over payment has been made the payment just gets re adjusted?? I can't afford for them to stop my payments, it pays my rent and nursery fee by direct debit on a Friday, the day it goes in! So if they stop paying me while they update my claim i'll be screwed!!
