Ive followed the whole process but ive only received some of my statements, i was asked to pay for others which i gave my account details to take money, they didnt, so complained while still following the pattern laid out on bankactionforums...they apologised after looking into and sent me another form to ask for further statements..i did this and sent a cheque for £10 which they took cashed in early october...i still havent received the statements.....they have given me a partial payment as a good will gesture which i said i would accept as part payment and would still be taking them to court....no im trying to fill in my deatils on online money claim website but i cant claim properly as havent got the full statement to say...
1/ when my charges started
2/ how much interest they owe me
3/ how much total im claiming
surely if i dont supply this info or say i asked the bank for a guestamit theyll get back to me and say they need more info.
Please help, has anyone been through a similar thing with this as im desperate for help and the months are ticking by and this should be sorted now.

If they haven't complied with your DPA request, report them to the Information Commissioner. This often gives them a kick up the backside. Also let them know you will use the court to enforce the DPA if necessary.0
