Mondeo 2 radio keeps going off
Hi Peeps,
Since my beloved Landrover was stolen :mad::mad::mad:,
We bought a old (1997) Mondeo hatchback. Runs well and all,
but the 7000 radio / cassette :eek: works when it feels like it,
the display is sometimes off but the radio is still on.:huh:
Any ideas or should I drop kick it.

Mine did this over 10 years ago, I just lived with it, I am sure somebody said it was a common issue, but it was only a company car so I didn't bother, a few years later I bought a MK2 Mondeo for private use and it did the same thing so I replaced the stereo with a decentish one in the annual Halfords sale.0
