lower rate DLA

My OH has been getting lower rate since 2007 and he has a letter dated May 2010 stating he will receive the amount monthly 'indefinately'
I have just noticed that his last payment (to our joint account) was in February, so no payment for March or April, Mays is not due yet.
Anyone any ideas, I know I will just have to ring up on Monday if legislation has stepped in without us knowing about it.
I have an 0845 number and nothing on Saynoto0870.
Anyone have a free phone number please.

I will DMG24, theres been no changes in our circs, MY oh is worse with his condition if anything, not worse enough to apply for a higher level.
Luckily, we arent short of money but some peeps are relying on these payments.
I'll ring them on Monday and see, probably just a clerical error, hopefully.

McKneff,
It's common practice if they [ PC / DLA etc ] send a form saying you must return it within xx days. If you don't respond they just switch off the money, they know you will make contact.

I cant help with why he hsant been paid but if hes your age or older he will be exempt from the changes coming in 2013 so long as he still has the same needs.0 -
We definitely havent recived any mail from DWP, We're pretty good at sorting the junk out.
He's 66 by the way, 67 in May. He was my Sugar Daddy lol:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

He is deffinatly safe from the changes then, I knew you were 61 or 62 btw.
My husband is ten years older than me and when I met him I was 15 and thought he was an old man so I fought him off bravely, even after he declared his feeling (without so much as a snog) after nearly a decade of fighting I gave in and we have been together ever since, tis love lol.

Just an update. Its a bit of a mystery really,
I rang the DWP and informed them that the last payment into the bank was February.
They say that payments have been going out from their end, the last one being the May payment which should get into
our joint account tomorrow.
Double checked the sort code and account number whilst on the phone, payments have definitely gone out.
Triple checked the bank statements - nothing.
So now I have to send Feb, March, April and (poss) May statements for them to investigate.
I'll pop into the bank today to see if they can shed any light on it but it looks like I'm printing off statements to send off.
Its a blumming nuisance but must be done.
I'll let you know how we get on.
Regards

Oh dear, oh dear, my fault:o
I went into Halifax and spent ages in there.
What happened:o?
Always we have just one page of online statement.
As I went to March, then April statements there was a page 2 with coincidentally only one transaction on, you guessed it, the DLA payment and I hadnt noticed the 'next button' for page 2, felt a bit of an idiot, still do,
Still, its all sorted and I dont have to fart about with copy statements now.
Thought I'd better confess publicly
Thanks for all your time.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
