National Express... I'm shocked!

Had a nightmare journey on a national express train the other week. Train was over an hour late and I ended up abandoning my journey.
I grabbed a claim form, thought I may as well apply for a refund but thinking they'd never offer me one. Sent it off a day after the nightmare journey and a week later I received a refund, as well as a little gesture of goodwill in rail vouchers. I was amazed!
Have to say, despite the nightmare journey it was very good service. Not often I say that about a train company!
