Have my details been stolen or is MBNA just taking for ever to do my application?

Hi I need some help,
The interest on my current credit card was due to go up this month so I had a look on this site and I saw a good deal for the MBNA credit card so I decided to apply for it. This was on the 25th of April but I still haven't heard anything back from them and i'm getting worried that my details have been stolen! I've had no email, letter or phone call. I can't seem to find a number to contact them either.
Has anyone else had any problems like this with them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i'm really worried now.
