Fitting a bathroom - how much?

Hi! My concern is about some leaks like in my kitchen sink. I wonder how it leaks? I' trying to figure it out and fix but it's not working. What should I do?

My bathroom was done in January. Bath, toilet and sink/pedestal removed and replaced like for like. Mixer shower installed. Old tiles removed and then fully tiled walls and floor. Everything done including price of suite and tiles cost me £3k, in Bedfordshire.

I've just had a new bathroom fitted (old one ripped out). Quotes varied from £1,600 to £2,250 just for the fitting. I paid £2,250 as the fitter also re-worked a lot of the pipework around the rest of the house and supplied all the plywood, glue, filler, grout and plastered all the walls after he took the old tiles off.
