Dion Freeview Box

I have just started using a Dion Freeview recorder box bought from Tesco and at times it comes up on the screen with LCN has changed. Anyone know what this is and how to stop it happening. Happened several times last night whilst I was watching ITV2 +1. Most annoying. Nothing in the instruction manual (which is pretty basic anyway) to indicate what the problem is.

Have you tried doing a new channel scan and saving the results? It's surprising how frequently channel numbers change at the moment.

Hopefully things will settle down when the full digital switch over is complete...

I have thanks. It does seem to relate to numbers of channels changing a lot but I never had to do that with my last box which was a Goodmans and it seems a bit strange. It's also very slow when you change channels. I am beginning to regret going for the cheaper option. I might not have noticed it if my previous box hadn't been so good, until it died of course!
