Hi folks just found your posts, very helpful thank you! Scotcal have been phoning regularly for some month over a supposedly rollover insurance contract. As I made it very clear in writing, email and on the phone there was no debt as rollover contract was not implemented it was cancelled!

They are a !!!!! load of oops! Hope you all got sorted, it is a while ago now that you posted, Scotcall is still around and as harassing as ever!

thanks for aII the info regarding scottcaII, i have had a few fonecaIIs a day from them, i just put the fone down..now they have sent a doorstep coIIector to my home, i now understand that i dont have to answer the door and they have no right to be on my property, these caIIers are based on commission so best thing to do i think is to request everything in writing from scottcaII..this site has been very heIpfuI, Im a new member so thankyou aII, i feeI a bit better about this now xx
