£49 for an EPC through property pal link on their site.
Avoid EPC for less, I used them and had to chase and chase and chase to get the certificate off them:(I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0 -
Is this it?
The very one Dave, cheers....anyone used the propertypal service who would recommend it? Also heads up for anyone reading who may be selling, you have a bit of grace at the minute to get your cert after your house is listed, that is due to stop in July so best get it as soon as if you are selling0 -
Anyone know how much grace you get from authorities around this, on the propertypal site you cant order an epc until your house is listed, mine should be on the market tomorrow.....Thx, Paul..0
