Car accident involving broken lampost

For 16 years I drove vehicles up to 16ft high, 53ft long and 8ft wide. A car parked adjacent, directly in front and behind would be completely invisible from inside the lorry.
If I hit them, booktownman, could I claim they were partially responsible for parking in such a place that I could not see them?
In fact as it was possible to hide an entire single story building out of sight of the driver of a lorry, would the lorry driver be able to claim the building owner was partially responsible if he drove into it?
You can answer that yourself can't you, If I remember, you did run your truck over something you claimed you couldn't see/couldn't remember was there?
You tried to say it was their fault as well didn't you?0 -

I reckon it jumped out in front of him. Totally the fault of the Architect that designed the place.
He should sue The Architect, The builders, The Council, The Homeoffice, The Manufacturer of his car and his mobile phone network provider and the phone manufacturer. Not forgetting to sue the person they were on the phone to.
There i believe that is the answer the OP wanted, hopefully he is back watching Trisha and won't nother us for a while.
He did seem very polite....................0 -
