fax machine wont send

worried_jim

I have a brother 8360p fax machine that will happily receive faxes but won’t send them anywhere to any number. The machine was working fine on Wednesday and hasn’t been moved, dropped, unplugged etc. Any ideas?

Can you do a copy on it?

Yes, no problem at all.

Have you tried plugging a telephone in on the same line to check if it is dialling out OK?

Also worth checking you haven't changed it from tone to pulse dialling.

Will give that a go on Monday am. Thanks.
