If you have a RBS or Natwest card the Ulsterbank machines in the south with not charge you. (But it uses RBS's own rate which is in effect a 2% charge) they are swiching back to the proper rates in July.
Unless you have Santander zero account, you will be fleeced by santander. I can only assume the OP has this kind of account. !0 -
I used a Northern Bank card at the Ulster Bank ATM at Central Station - am waiting to find out what I have been charged when I get my next statement.0
