Finding an owners address ?

I recently placed an offer on a place through an estate agent, but the seller wanted to complete in 6 wks or rent. She decided to rent and remove the property from the market.

I now want to make her an offer she can't refuse but would prefer to deal directly. However I need to find her residencial address. I tryied following:

1) Posting a letter though the rented property addressed to her, but i'm not sure if she will ever recieve it.
2) Land registry - I ordered the registry doc from the land registry but the address for the owner was the propery i'm qurying, I did mange to get her full name though.

So any other ideas how I can get my letter of offer to her.

    Hi
You could call at the flat if there is a tenant in it and ask them their landlords address,or you could give your name and number to the EA and ask them to get the owner to contact you.
    Hope that helps

    hmm,

Problem is that she seems a bit annoyed with the EA, last time her response was I don't want to sell. But I think when she hears my offer she my be more inclined or may not but at least i'll know the finial decision.

May go through EA if I don't hear from her in a week, or could pop by to see if the tenents will give me the address, I doubt they will through I could be any body!.

how is she getting her mail, if she has asked the post office to re-direct her stuff, then post a letter out to her, at that address, and it will get forwarded on...

Can you find out how long the property was marketed for? If she's still within her contract period with the EA's, and not happy with them, she may not be wanting to sell until her contact period is over.

If, she accepted your offer, she would be obliged to do so through the EA's - if it's within a year of the contract (or thereabouts).
