Hi
When buying new build, do the builders offer a warranty to cover boilers/central heating/taps/leaks ect? I was told that each builder had there own warranty period 1/2 years to cover such things. I thought you just got a 10 year structural guarantee. (nhbc)
Thanks

a NHBC guaruantee will cover pipework I believe
In terms of drippy taps & boilers etc, they will be covered under the snagging system. I had a year to snag my place
but saying that the boiler has a 5 year warranty of its own which I could claim on
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
