Csa

Hi all,

This is my first thread...

I have 3 children and at the moment I am not getting reguarly money from my ex husband. He currently owes £500 pounds which I know doesn't sound that much but why should he get away from paying it. My question is that he is self employed so would I benefit going to CSA??

Thanks in advance

You could go via the CSA, but that £500 he owes you won't be collected from the CSA. The CSA don't collect outstanding arrears on a new case.
