Woolworths online orders

So a couple of weeks ago I went to Woolworths online and pre-ordered the Wii :j Exciting, right?
But I put the wrong card details in (debit instead of credit) and two days later I went back into the account and changed them. It doesn't ship until 8 December, I figured I had given them plenty of time.
Nope. I looked at my bank statement yesterday and saw that £185 had been deducted from the wrong card.
When I contacted them through the website (apparently their only form of customer contact) I got:
Thank you for your e-mail. My apologies for the delay in responding to your e-mail, we are currently incurring a high number of messages. Unfortunately once an order has been processed, I can not amend the details on your order, my apologies if this may cause any inconvenience If you require any further assistance, please let me know. Kind Regards ***, Multi Channel Retail Advisor.
But surely it can't be that difficult to issue a refund and then deduct the same amount from the card details you currently have? (ie the right ones)
Am I being silly here?
