advice needed xx

I did my renewal tonight over the phone after getting tax credit forms, my yearly estimate for last year was 8202.36.. on my p60 it came in at 7886.52..

I changed jobs last september to go to uni, it was to a lower paid job at 16 hours per week. I informed them of all the changes ect. I am a bit worried that there is a bit of a difference. Can someone tell me please as to what is to happen now.

I have guien them my expected income for this year and it is roughly 6500 as they do not take into account any student loans i get. My son is registared disabled aswell

Many thanks in advance for your advice. xx

I'm not sure I get what you're asking, if your income is lower than the amount you told them then you'll have either a lump sum paid to you the excess you should have received will spread over your payments for this year.

As long as you have kept them upto date you shouldn't have any problems :)

I see well if it's lower than you thought then as I said you'll receive either a lump sum or the amount owed will be spread over this years payments, (I'm not sure which it'll be as it seems this year peoples lump sums are being spread out rather than received at the end of the tax year as normal).
