Keeping track of sold v asking prices

There's a number of 'sold' properties in my area where I'd be interested to see the sold v asking price. Are there any websites that will let me save the house details and then update with the sold price if/when that finally appears?
Or is it a case of setting up my own little spreadsheet?

You can use rightmoves price comparison report to find the asking prices of properties removed from the market which also shows the last sold price. For most. Some you may have to look up yourself.Debt Is Slavery.0

Have a look at Zoopla - they are starting to link to online EA details, so for some houses you can see the asking price and sold price.0

The price comparison report looks useful.
If you save properties on rightmove can you only see the full listing while they're being marketed?0 -

Set up a spreadsheet and use Property Bee to track asking prices as they change, then just add the sold price when available.
Always a good tip to save a copy of the schedule as well for referring back to.0 -
There's a bit at the bottom of the rightmove search results page which says something like "see more market activity in" it includes houses that have been removed from the market recently and the last known sold price, so you often see houses that were removed from RM and sold on the same day.
If you're going to be stalkerish about it though, it's best to keep a spreadsheet!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
