So EDF are reading posts here. They don't write much if at all which is a shame. We could do with their assistance sometimes.
Yes, agreed.
I'm thinking that even the switching sites are just all part of the "confusion marketing" attached to the utilities business. I've just changed my gas tarrif (to another within BG) and to a (hopefully) cheaper tarrif with EDF (also my current supplier).
We'll see after a few months just how much money I save!0
