Equitalk (lack of) customer service

Apologies in advance if this question has been answered somewhere else, I am not well enough to search through loads of posts.
I've been an Equitalk customer for 10 years. Recently noticed that though my bills are quite small, I'm being charged about .10p a minute for local calls - that's even more expensive than BT!
Despite 10 years, three calls to Customer Services and three emails as well, I cannot get a straight answer. Two customer service people have said they will check into it & ring me back but they don't.
Can anyone please tell me what my next action should be?
Many thanks in advance & best wishes to all.

Is your line rental still with BT?
If so, sign up for a 18185 account and use that prefix - calls of unlimited duration to 01, 02 and 03 numbers for 5p.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Equitalk The Kleeneze Phone Service.
According to there site which has not been up dated for a number of years if you have not got inclusive minutes they charge 2.70p a minute peak rate for 01/02 calls doesnt matter if its local or national call, and there is a 3p setup charge per connected call . Evening and Weekend calls are cheaper cost depends what plan your on,but can be as little as 5p for up to 90 minutes.
