Halifax lowers credit limit by mistake

FYI, I have just been on the phone with Halifax concerning a declined transaction, and I was told that my credit limit had been lowered by mistake on May 3rd, and that there were many customers in the same situation. If you have a Halifax CC, you might want to check your current credit limit.

My credit limit had been lowered by half. I phoned them this morning and they told me the same. The put the limit back to what it was and £10 credit of my card.0

Hmm I better check mine again later. Was sure it all looked normal though earlier.Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)
