I'd expect it to be reasonable but it won't become anywhere near as cheap as standard equipment as it will be basically using custom equipment.
At present, the only Ka band LNB I can find to buy is $1500 without feedhorn, then you need a reciever..
I would imagine that a cheaper supply will come in for the launch of ther service but this is some months away as yet.
I'm quite happy to wait. I acquired this vulture-like habit many years ago when I realised that everytime I bought something new it gradually decreased in price as my peers bought theirs so by the time it was 24 months old I could buy two for the original price. Now that makes me grind my teeth so I let the rich folks go first now.

The latest manifestation of this stupidity is in the ITV Player app for the iPad - if you give it an N.I. postcode, or the GPS works out you're in N.I., it won't allow you to view ITV1 (but will allow ITV2, 3 and 4).
Of course you can always lie and give it an English postcode, but it's absolutely insane.0
