    Never been to that resort, but I have been to an Iberostar in Tenerife - amazing place. Food is very good and facilities are superb.

    No, but I expect there are thousands of people on Trip Advisor who have ;)

    Hi Incapuppy....
    I have been on there and most of the reports are American or Canadian.
    Looking for someone from England so I know what to expect
    :p

    we havent been to that exact hotel but went to riviera maya and was the best holiday of our life.
    The service out there from the hotel staff is outstanding and the locals are friendly and polite too.
    The beach is to die for and the local town is good too for little restaurants and shops. We rented out bikes and went about the town that way.
    All the tourist attractions arent too far away by bus or over to cozumel by boat.
