The winner will experience a VIP package to the Southport Food & Drink Festival on Sunday, May 15th.
The winner & their guest will have front row seats at the live cookery Theatre and watch Jean Christophe Novelli perform a live demo & answer audience questions and will meet the chef after the show.
You will then be treated to lunch at the Food Village on Lord Street & spend the day at the festival, before having dinner at one of Southport's top esteries.
