I need some sort of plan

You haven't included anything for food.
Keep a spending diary for a month & you will see where you are frittering cash away.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
I recon I could have £200 a month spare to pay debt off0

Will i've just seen your other post about Wonga.
You need to stop using those type of companies & get yourself clear of debt.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
o.k so from the 'spare' 395 a month - you've got 30 a monthfor food, 35 a month for the gym and about 120 ish a month for 'entertainment, clothes etc?'. This leaves you with 200 a month to tackle the debts (assuming you are making the min payments on the Halifa and Capital 1). I think I'd pay off the cpaital one then possibly, and then pay off the gym debt with the capital one card thereby reducing the number of debts by 1 and meaning the gym debt is now on the cap1. card. I'd also phone Cap1 and see if they will up your credit limit by 500 odd pounds in order to get car insurance paid off as well. You then have 2 debts, 200 a month to split between them - simples. O.k it may not be the most efficient in terms of interest etc but it will reduce the number of debt you have to deal with and stop the gym and car insurance taking you to court etc.

Will, you seem to be struggling to account for all your spending. I really think you need to record a spending diary for at least one month to enable you to produce a full SOA. You also need to add in spends which do not occur every month (like birthday and xmas presents) Just divide the annual cost by 12 and put that amount in.
I understand you live with your sister so aside from your rent, you don't pay any utilities etc. but according to your SOA you don't buy any clothes (yet you spend £10/month on haircuts), you never go to the dentist, you never buy anyone a birthday or xmas present (not even your sister?), you never catch a bus, train or taxi (do you walk or cycle to work?), Do you buy toiletries? Do you buy lunch or snacks while in work? What about food at home - does you sister provide for you?
You won't get anywhere with your debt until you can formulate a realsitic monthly budget. To do that, you really need to understand where every penny you spend is going.0 -
Oh and taking out more debt from Wonga or whoever is a really bad plan - you don't need more debt, you need to perhaps spend less on going out for a month or 2 to get yourself orgainsed and start paying off the debts.
If you need a cash injection then get ebaying/ car booting, or even 'odd-jobbing' such as gardening, dog walking, ironing, leaflet delivering, work overtime, get a second job etc. etc

it might be an idea to re-do your SOA and include EVERYTHING that you've left out.
£30 food (put this under 'groceries')
£35 gym (put this under 'entertainment') AND include what you spend when you go out.
You also seem to be changing your monthly bills:
PHONE - first post said £40.00, SOA says £35.00.
Which is it?
Are you on contract or Paygo?
If contract, you should know how much you are paying.
What are the interest rates on your 2 credit cards?
Are you REALLY paying £35 per month on both of them?
What are the minimum payments (I've asked this question twice before)?
I also asked this (twice):£200 debt to gym, £35 per month.
Is the £200 arrears?
What's your overdraft limit?
These 2 statements below sound like you have no idea what you are doing about debts and bills, it's very worrying.I dont actually think I have set up a direct debit on the credit card. I want to pay it off asap, mabe like £250 a month.
I owe £500 on my insurance because apparently I wasnt paying it monthly, which I dont understand
Are you paying ANYTHING at all on your credit cards?
How are you paying the £500 car insurance off?
It will need to be included in your SOA - which really really needs re-doing.
Have you checked your bank statements to make sure you haven't paid for the car insurance?
If you are not paying regular amounts off your credit cards, you will eventually be seen as a bad risk.
Ditto the car insurance.
And do listen to the advice from CH27 & dancingfairy - Wonga (and other similar companies) loans are BAD news.

My phone bill is £40 a month
I am not paying anything off each month on the credit cards.
I have just checked my bank account statements and the car insurance was coming out of the account I dont use meaning they were charging me £20 each time!!
I have not started paying off the car insurance yet. I phoned them up yesterday and they said it is with a debt collectors agency now. It would be good if I could get a credit card to pay everything off then just have 1 debt, that being the credit card, but cant see that happening.0 -

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!
Do not get into any more debt.

My phone bill is £40 a month
So are you going to redo your SOA to reflect this and all the other things that have been mentioned?
I am not paying anything off each month on the credit cards.
Then the total amount outstanding will be growing and growing and eventually your account will be handed over to a debt collection agency (see my comments on your car insurance).
What does this mean?I have just checked my bank account statements and the car insurance was coming out of the account I dont use meaning they were charging me £20 each time!!
If the amount was coming out of your account, how come you still owe them £500?
Who gave them details of the account that you don't use?I have not started paying off the car insurance yet. I phoned them up yesterday and they said it is with a debt collectors agency now. I can't see that happening either (getting a credit card to pay everything off).
As the insurance company has handed the debt over to a debt collection agency, the £500 will have increased.

I don't know if it's me, but your posts are really confusing and you don't seem to be answering some of the question you've been asked.0
