claiming for clothes - wear and tear reduction?

Have you asked them to justify the deduction?

Think its usually 5 to 10% per year that most companies take off, don't deal with it day to day but remember from liability claims that the figure is around that mark, I'd definitely ask for it to be justified and if you are unhappy make a formal complaint
