    My order has also been cancelled - oh well it was worth a go. I would have been more annoyed if I hadn't given it a go and everyone else had got theirs. Thanks again for the chance to get a bargain.

    It's totally different to buying in a shop- the rules are different.

    In a shop once you pay then there is no argument, online is a different matter.

    Give Consumer Direct a call and ask them to clarify the situation.
