I wouldn't normally buy from Argos (just because I can get better from Novatech), but this seems to be a pretty decent system. I like the idea of the hard drive caddy that one of the reviews mentions.
Is it a good deal at £450? Obviously depends what it's used for, but it'll be mainly blogging and games from 5 years or so ago.

Specs of that look fine, the 6 core CPU should be way more than enough for what you need.
Only down side is the GPU. That Nvidia one isnt brilliant, although it will probably be ok with games from 5 years ago depending on what games...but the thing is that 5 years ago things like COD4 were out and that probably wouldnt run on full graphics settings on that graphics card.0 -
You could always buy a new graphics card for around the £50-£70 mark.0

Looks a power house machine but note this from the Argos page... '* Please note item 5083699 has previously been on sale at £399.99.' - does that mean it will be again, who knows!?
Think they also have the £10 voucher offer. There's 3% cashback via Top Cashback also0 -

Yep, shame I missed that. I need to get it ASAP though as otherwise the wife will steal mine

Thanks for the cashback reminder. That makes up for my procrastination costing me the £10 offer (ended 3rd May apparently).0 -
