Dont know if there is anything i can do or not, but i brought a text book from a seller. It didnt come in the time it should so i emailed, then emailed again as no reply. Eventually he replied and said his mum had messed up (he was away on holiday) and he would refund my money. I havent had a refund though and this has now been about 2 1/2 months.
The reason ive come on here to ask is that i notice i have just 4 days left to leave the seller feedback. I hate leaving neg feedback but will do so if i cant get my money so to warn others.
So is there anything i can do or not? I was wondering if maybe Amazon could do something

Why havent you made an A-z claim against Amazon? You probably have about 2 weeks left to do so. They will either reimburse you or ensure the seller does. See here:

I wouldnt feel bad about bad feedback, if you have done all you can to get through to them and still no book or refund this may be the only way,

Have you contacted seller again? Do that first and tell him you will give him 24 hours to sort out your refund or you will pick it up with Amazon.
He might have plain forgotten...that reminds me, I have one to do too..0

Thanks for this info. I have had a read and will do as this says. I hadnt purchased from Amazon sellers before this and i brought my daughters textbook from a seller which was delivered ok so her friend asked if i could get her one too. This is the one which hasnt been delievred.
I will do as Hintza suggests and contact seller to give him the chance to refund within 24 hours ( although he has had this chance already, i will state this time i will go through Amazon if not).
 Thanks for your help.0

If youve only got 4 days left to leave feedback then I think youve only got 4 days left to raise a claim with Amazon. I wouldnt mess about, get your claim in now! You can still email the seller as well.0

This has a 90 day time limit, so be quick.
Also don't expect a quick verdict - they say they'll be back to you within a fortnight but I've been waiting almost that long and no word [seems a bit of faff for £4.45, but it's the principle!]0
