I have been well and truly conned by these people. They sent me completely rubbish and dead plants and were very rude in response to my polite e mail. . Read this, I wish I had before ordering

They have said that they would refund so I`ll wait a few days and see. Their customer service is truly shocking and someone from cs sent me a nasty unsigned e mail. I am trying to obtain the MDs address and I think I have succeeded. I intend to send copies of the cs communications to him as he must be unaware of the way his business is fronted.0

Get straight on to Consumer Direct and get Trading Standards to deal with them. My God, those are the worst reviews I've read for ages - slamming the phone down, abusive unsigned emails - they sound like a complete bunch of hateful idiots, especially the named member of staff who accuses customers of lying. Get on to Watchdog, they might like a story like this.0
