Administration is not the same as bankruptcy.
If a company has gone into administration, it means the bank (or other creditor sucha s the tax man) has deemed that they are not able to look after their own affairs. An administrator is then appointed who has the job of turning the company round financially or selling it as a going concern. If neither of these can be done, then the company may be declared bankrupt and closed down and all the assets sold off to recover debts.
Just because they have gone into administration, does not mean they are going to close. However, you need to go and spend your vouchers now.
If you don't and the company goes into receivership, then your chances of getting your money are zero.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
its very doubtful anyone will buy it as a going concern.

I wasn't commenting on the suitability of Focus as a takeover option. I was merely trying to explain how the process of administration.
Or can you not get your head round that?Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
