Lookout Mobile Security for Android

Has anyone tried Lookout Mobile Security (https://www.mylookout.com) and if so what are your comments about it? Or, do you recommend any other security products for Android mobile phones?

I thought it about time I considered some security software on my Android phone as Infosecurity Magazine reports virus and malware starting to affect this platform.

I have the premium version (free to people who had the beta from the beginning) and its excellent, my friend has the basic and its still excellent, it is the best security software I have used on my Android device

I've had Lookout for WinMo 6.5 installed on my phone for many months (since last July actually, it was in beta at the time) , it works fine in that it doesn't slow my phone down at all though I have no idea how good it is at dealing with nasties if it ever came across one, I get a weekly report by email that always says that "everything is ok" :p. I don't know about Android virus because I don't use the platform and I've only ever heard of 1 WinMo virus which was embeded into a cracked game and which would dial expensive numbers overnight...

To be honest, I got Lookout because it was free... the ability to remote-nuke your phone is a good idea but my backup software also provides it, and from what I can see this is now part of some "premium" service. Kaspersky also have some smartphone security software available I think.
Now free from the incompetence of vodafail

Thanks for the responses. I downloaded the free version and registered, then ran a scan of my phone (no problems found). I then went to the website and searched for my phone and it found it on GoogleMaps which is fantastic! I even made the phone "scream" from the website, which is ideal if you want to locate it. I think it may need 3G switched on for the tracking to work though, which I don't always to save the battery. Still, a very worthwhile download.
