don`t know if you remember but last year my mum applied and was able to get reductons off her gas bill, I can`t for the life of me remember the contact nmber or department. does anyone here remember this? and has it been done this year?

if it was BG then it will be winter rebate for people on benefits. If she applied last year she should have had a letter saying it applied this year too.
