Better luck than me! The £5 discount applies on the order over £35 but it comes off on my £23 order. How did you manage to get the £5 discount applied? Leaving the £5 aside, it does not even apply my Love Your Body card 10% discount either.

And now it does not accept my payment details - "There has been an issue with your order We have been unable to process your payment." Tried to different cards. Will have to ring them later.

I give up I now have £128 of goods in my basket but only one free gift. I have tried changing quantities (19 lemon body washes) but it makes no difference. Perhaps body shop just doesn't like me!

Here's a summary of my order:
I added the free gifts first:
Coconut shower cream
Sweet lemon body whip
Sweet lemon body butter

Then added:
Sweet lemon hand care caddy (£15)

Gifts showed as free but then added £5 discount code which removed the free status of two of my free gifts. Clicked on the update button which changed them back to free. Total charge £15.

Can confirm that even if you get to final checkout page and the price jumps up, if you go back to basket and click ''update'' a few times it should go back to all 3 being free. I paid £15 for all 3 items, a body butter and a body milk. Chuffed
