Finally managed to get all three items free by adding cheapest free gift, then second cheapest then the dearest, after that I added the tea tree products and played around with the amounts purchased of the tea tree (eg. changed the toner to 11 items and updated quantities and then changed the total to 1 again and updated quantites which usually made the free gifts change from not free to free and continued to do this until I had all 3 of the free gifts for zero in my basket). Then when I went to checkout one of the free gifts changed to £4.00 so I clicked on update (just under the quantity of the item) and the product went to free again. Also got the £5.00 discount to work - marathon session tonight! :j

I was getting really annoyed with it, since each time I got it to work, when I went to checkout it went back up again. But when I changed browser from Firefox to Safari, it worked! Just an idea, hope it works for those people who have trouble at the checkout page! x

Ok, I can get the 3 gifts to go to 0.00 after pressing 'Update'. But the £5 discount then disappears and I can no longer see a promotion box at the top of the cart page, even though my total order is £23.
