I called CS and got a refund on my order that went through at £27, she was amazed I want to cancel, she thought it was a real bargain lol!
It is still showing as 'Awaiting dispatch' on my account, I hope the dont still send it grrrrrr!

My first order was made on the 6th, despatched on the 9th and received today. I amde my second order a day later, but it hasn't been despatched yet.

I am contemplating a third order if I can figure out why these damn codes aren't working

Oh that's a shame. I thought they were and see from the pic that they are not. Maybe I'll add a BS gift bag to the item, tho have a few here other ones here anyway. The gift will look more expensive unboxed I think as they will look like seperates lol.

are you putting code in before adding to your basket? i added the free gifts, pink grapefruit scrub, the spa deal then put in the £5 off code and my basket ended up with about double in it and about £116!!!

I want to get the spa deal as a prezzie so am searching for that then adding the code and then free items. Someone said to get the £5 off with the spa deal it has to be £25 worth, which it is and items as free, but no discount. Tried 3 times now, emptied cookies each time too.

Thanks OP, was going to stop at 2 orders then got tempted into a 3rd 2 arrived today with everything in them. I am attempting to resist a 4th order - it's almost driving me mad!!!!!
