I couldn't get them to work, but if you spend an extra £5 or so then you can use the £5 code.

Is the spa set the £20 (rrp £40) Moroccan gift set? I am trying that one with the £5 off code and basket value of £25 and though code was accepted and freebies all at 0 the price is still £25. Don't know what i am doing wrong?

My order arrived today , body whip pump broken and shower gel damaged so phoned customer services and they are sending out replacements ! Thats what I call customer service - Well Done Body Shop!!

Does anyone know if the Spa collection is gift boxed?
I am sure I had a Coconut collection on offer (glitch) before and it was just single items.
Its not a huge problem, I was thinking of sending a order to a friend who is having a fundraising do for the Moonwalk as they would make good raffle prizes. I can add some gift bags if they are not boxed.
