Bodyshop - HUGE GLITCH! [Still working 17/05/11]!!

New to the Body Shop site. How do I put a discount code in? I could find it on the home page but once I started putting things in my basket no discount was coming off, and I cant seem to find how to re-input the code.

Can anyone help please?

I think you have to be signed in/registered first and then when you look at the items in your basket at the top it asks if you have a voucher code. Don't forget to go via Quidco for 12% cashback too!!

There should be a box for the discount above your basket of goods. Have you entered a code and it's disappeared? If so you will need to clear cookies and maybe switch off/on and try again.

Only passing through ladies, still distributing last years glitches.

I have double checked this, shows as me being signed in, but it is not even taking the 10% love your body discount off.

Is it because I have ordered the 50% off spa set?

Try spending £25 and see if the code comes off then.

I have just put a £5 item in, and it shows a 50p discount. Still nothing showing where I can put in a discount code tho :mad:

Yes discount codes/LYB card is not working on the 50% off items.

I've bought enough stuff to open a small spa. But it is my Birthday so all is good :beer: will join the 'no buying cosmetics/bath stuff in June' thread when it opens :rotfl:
