One CS employee now being aware of the glitch doesn't mean that 'they' are IMO. She did sound like she was having a good look at my order when I explained what the problem was, but I steered her in the direction of a refund before she had too long to think about it

Hmmm, can get the spa set plus all 3 free gifts however I can't get the discount codes to work (after 3 orders I thought I had it!!) Gltch semi fixed?

25% off discount code worked for me, had to update the free products to get them free again after but it worked
