Just recieved my glitch order, all ok except they were sold out of the small mango shower gel, but didnt replace it with another, so im one free gift down. I know i shouldnt moan, but still they should of popped a different one in.
Hi Hetty,
I had exactly the same problem - received my order yesterday. I have just spoken to a very nice lady at BS and said that I had noticed that they have now come back into stock, so could I have one now please! No problem - should recieve in a couple of days.
Definately worth giving them a quick call.
AppleYou can't have everything.........where would you put it?0 -
I appear to have lost the ability to spell recieve.......:rotfl:You can't have everything.........where would you put it?0

I have searched the site looking at individual products I want to buy and the offers section and I see nothing about this 3 for 2 offer. Should I be using a code to get it or something?0

Where is the 25% off code and does it work if you spend under £20?
The best deal seems to be (so far) add 5x £7 items to your basket because that gets you the free £8 body lotion plus 2x free £7 items. Then the £5 off voucher also works. Has anyone done it better?0 -

I noticed that. I had three Moroccan spa bath oils in basket and two were free, even after updating a few times. I messed about too long trying to see what else I could add to get £5 off and now it looks like it's fixed. Too slow! Oh well, I'd just be cluttering up my place even more.... :rotfl:“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -
I have put 3 items at £10, £11, and £13 in and have got two items worth £10 each free. However, if I thn try and add the free gift when you spend over £28.00 I lose one of my £10 freebies. Overall though I have £54 worth of stuff and I'm paying £25.50 with my 25% off and free delivery so can't complain.0

If you put 5 things in your basket you'll get 2 items free (plus the £8 body lotion if the total is over £28 before the discounts), but they give you the CHEAPEST items free so you're better off adding things of roughly the same value.0
