When I add - face wash (£4.50), toner (£4.50) & Lotion (£6.00). It only charges me for the £6.00 lotion plus £3.49 Postage! So It is showing the toner and face wash as free

It worked for handcream, but then when I added 3 items of lip balm, it put the lip balm on buy 3 get 2, and the handcream went back to full price :(:(

Just recieved my glitch order, all ok except they were sold out of the small mango shower gel, but didnt replace it with another, so im one free gift down. I know i shouldnt moan, but still they should of popped a different one in.

Can anyone get two lots of buy 3 get 2 free items? It works on the first set of 3 I put in my basket, but once I add more items (different product) it only gives the offer on one set???

One very happy girl, I have wanted these candles for ages but kept forgeting to have a sniff in store and didnt want to spend £10 on them if they smell awful. So technically everything cost £3 each yay!!
