Im just looking for a bit of advice regarding a cancelled journey in January!!
I have been in touch with customer relations at Transpennine who were completely useless, complaints at passenger focus who have not responded and have today emailed customer relations at thetrainline.com.
Does anyone know who else I can complain to in order to get a reponse?! This is 4 months now and I would like my money back!!!
Thanks

Who did you buy the tickets from?
Who cancelled the journey... you or the train company?
Apart from being "completely useless", what did the customer relations team at Transpennine Express say?0 -
Bit more of the story as Wealdroam said would be nice. we cant mind readone of the famous 5

If they cancelled the train and you chose not to travel, you are entitled to a full refund on the unused ticket.
If they cancelled a train while you are on your journey, you are entitled to take the next available train(s) to complete your journey, and then submit a Delay Repay form to get compensation.
If you cancelled your trip, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket, less a £10 admin fee per ticket (so an Advance single costing £10.50 would get as little as 50p back).
If you cancelled your return leg of your trip, you are entitled to a refund of the difference in fares between the single and return tickets, less £10 admin fee. (So if the single was £50, and the return was £70, you would only get back £10).
As you did not give any information about your specific circumstances, all I can do is provide basic generic information above.
