No CCA with Barclaycard??

in Credit cards
I am not sure if i am barking up the wrong tree, but last year i sent an SAR to Barclaycard in respect of a credit card that I have with them. The history of the card as far as i remember is that it was originally a goldfish then Morgan Stanley and now Barclaycard.
The final result of my SAR was that they do not have a CCA for this debt and I have been advised by someone on another forum that i should place the account in dispute.
Please could someone advise if this is a good idea or not? At present I am in a debt management agreement with all my creditors and have slowly been working at getting rid of my debt. The reason that i sent the SAR to Barclaycard was because i was told that it was unlikely that they had a valid CCA for the debt, in which case the debt would be unenforceable? In which case it may get written off altogether or i could negotiate a reasonable settlement??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
Kind regards,
R

It wont be written off, it just cant be taken to court. If you are on a dmp you will be seen as been unfairDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
