Free sky+ box upgrade!!

Got a call from the number 0845 411 0910 today and the lady on the phone claimed that she is from Sky. She said that I am eligible for a free upgrade of my Sky+ HD box. They will swap my current box (9 months old) with a brand new Amstrad box with double the capacity. I don’t have to pay anything for that, there is no extending the contract. She seemed legit and booked an engineer next week to replace my box. She also gave a reference number for this and told that I can call back sky and get it verified.
Has any one else got the similar deal? Is the deal really what they say or I am missing something?
