Ford Ka - value please?

I've been offered 1.3 petrol Ford Ka, basic model, 53 reg, Jan 2004, 34,000 miles, 7 months MOT.

Just wondered what the value would be approx?

    As it's a mate that's offered the car (with an "approx" price, so there is room to neg) it would be useful to show him what the real prices are.

    Are your figures from Glasses guide, or something on the net I can link him to?

    Have a look on Autotrader for guide prices (in you area). The Glass' ones are very low.

    Depends on service history and condition as well.

    For a low mileage, high demand car that is a very low valuation. Try to keep him as a friend!

    For a private sale it would be higher than the PX quotes, obviously. Top of my head I'd be looking at paying around £1,400 for it assuming it's in good nick.
