    Possibly if your browser deletes cookies on exit, or something like CCleaner removes them, if it is CCleaner you can click options, cookies and move this one to cookies to keep

    try clearing out the cache with ccleaner / reboot and then try/ some of the browsers are better adept at handling this ime/

    I always do this for this site but I still have to put the "J"
    in the first box and then everything else is filled in. In the past when I came to the site my details were there. I have gone through everything including options in the Tools mention on Firefox and cookies in the Control Menu but can't get it to go back to what it was.

    It might be that your browsers set not to accept cookies.

    Go to Tools>Options>Privacy, and make sure that the boxes for accepting cookies, and browsing history are checked.
