Electoral roll info only showing on 1 CRA?

I am currently using checkmyfile and noticed today it is showing that I am registered on the electoral roll at my address under Experian, but not Equifax or Callcredit.
How do I go about getting the other two agencies to show the same information on my file as Experian?
Thanks

Contact the agencies and ask them to amend their records. It might take them a few weeks whilst they check their records again.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

Thanks. When you say contact the agencies, what do I do, write to Equifax and Callcredit and include a printout of the checkmyfile page showing I'm on the Experian one, would this be sufficient proof? Or would a phonecall be more feasible?0

I think equifax have a contact us section on their website that allows you to enter your issue with your credit file? I believe if you query it then they'll actually check by contacting your council.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

checkmyfile are rubbish!
I recently used them and got a multi-agency report.
From seeing my report in the past I knew for a fact that I have 7 or so accounts reporting to the 3 CRA's. I noticed that only accounts on Callcredit and Equifax were showing, and everything on Experian was missing, apart from stuff like CCJ info etc.
So I asked why using the messaging service on their website, and the agent said Experian only report back everything bar the information about accounts that are being reported!
When someone looks at their credit file, it's generally to check the accounts reporting are all in order etc....but without the info supplied by Experian it was a totally incomplete picture and, in my opinion, a total waste of money!!
They tried fobbing me off with excuses about the info from Callcredit and Equifax being richer than anything Experian could produce...but that's a load of tosh because I needed info of the accounts from all 3 CRA's, which checkmyfile couldn't produce.0 -

Very interesting that you had this experience. I found that they were rather better with their multi-agency report, in fact I decided to keep the subscription going simply because they were the only company that gave me a full picture.
Hmm, I shall monitor this though, sounds like they may be a little inconsistent *ponder*. Something worth noting is that they do have to do some 'manual' updates from time to time, which takes about 4-5 hours to go through each time. Not quite sure what that's all about but I think it's related to searches on previous and linked addresses.Debt free, moved, got new stuff for the new flat - got everything I wanted and need - now just saving.0 -
I had the same issue some 5 years ago, except they weren't reporting on Callcredit.
This is the explanation the agent "Clare" at checkmyfile.com gave...
"Experian provides us with ‘public’ information - it confirms your residency at your current address and searches all of the public registers. The Equifax and Callcredit searches you can see on checkmyfile are very similar to the reports that the larger 200 lenders see, whereas the Experian one is much more like the report seen by the vast majority of companies in the UK, landlords, employers, etc. The mix of information is quite different."
So what she's saying is that Experian only provide them with "public" information rather than what you would see if you paid the extortionate prices creditexpert.co.uk charge to see your file. Which was proved by the fact none of the accounts listed only on Experian were present on my checkmyfile.com multi-agency report.0 -
I can't say I've had a problem with checkmyfile before, every single bank/credit card/mobile phone account I have is showing on there (am using the multi agency one). But still, I might just pay the £2 to get the paper copy from Experian to see if anything is missing on there.
I will write a letter to the other 2 CRA's in the next couple of days.0
