Is the APR on your car loan really 0%? If not, can you overpay or even use savings to get rid of it altogether? I imagine it's costing you more than the mortgage (unless it really is 0%).

So your OH has a works van plus his own car which is what the loan and expensive insurance is for? Would it be worth SORNing your car for a while and sharing his, you could put yourself on as main driver and him as named. Insurance should be a lot lower and you can share the driving.

I'd expect your water to average out at about £20-30 per month in the end.

Could you get some kind of deal with your phone and internet to save a few quid?

I must add my RAC cover to the bill too. £99 per year and that includes everything except cover abroad. If I want the same cover now it'd be £129 according to their website
Hi and welcome to MFW, I would recommend that you use a cash back site when buying your next breakdown cover. It can seriously clash 60/70% off your next renewal.
