Handyman or multiple tradesmen?

Hello,
This is probably a bit of a daft question but hey, here goes!
I have a couple of cupboards in new flat that I would like renovated.
1. Has the combi boiler in it and a shelf and is basically painted old brickwork, very dirty. I'd like this space maximised (ie shelf moved up so can add another shelf for dvds. Combi takes up the rest of the space really!) I think it needs plastered and painted (though maybe just freshly painted bricks would do?) plus the joinery work to fit in shelves.
2. This one has the fuse box in and various pipework sticking out. Is largeish but bit of an awkward space. The ceiling has been lowered at some point as its not a proper ceiling just some kind of nailed up board. And the whole area is uneven and never been painted. So again, plastering, painting and putting up a hanging rail and couple of shelves. It also has no flooring, just the same board thing with all the big holes for the pipes around the edges. Id like an offcut of carpet or something laid down so i can use this as a wardrobe space (and im a spider phobe and want the holes covered!!)
I'm not sure who would be able to do all of this, could a handyman plaster, paint, do shelving and tiny bit of carpet laying? Getting individual tradesmen to do such small jobs is going to be expensive surely?
I know it sounds like a lot of work and no doubt money for such small areas, but the extra organised, clean, storage would be invaluable!

Getting tradesmen in for such an array of small jobs will not just be expensive, it will be virtually impossible. What you are describing is an ideal job for any competent handyman. look in the local shops etc. for adverts, I am sure that there is no shortage of people awaiting your call. I'd be interested myself if I was not 600 miles away.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
